St. John's Implements New Water Conservation Stages
St. John's has introduced a new four-stage water conservation system. The new system was designed to allow the City to respond more clearly and effectively during periods of high demand, dry weather, or pressure on the water supply. The stages are: Stage 1 - Normal Water Conservation: In effect annually from May to October. Permits limited lawn watering on scheduled days and times based on address, with general outdoor water use allowed under standard conservation practices.
