Residents and cabin owners in the Walsh River Cabin Area are allowed to return to their properties after Labrador City lifted the evacuation order for the area. It will be mostly cloudy across Labrador with a chance of showers in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay region, with lows from 10 to 14.
